SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (PRS) (BATAM)
General Requirements:
- All applicants should be Graduate Engineers in one of the following disciplines with minimum 5 years experience in Engineering Development of On-Shore/Offshore Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
- All applicants should posses experience in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA).
- Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam.
Requirements:
Experience in developing PFDs, P&IDs, Process Data Sheets for equipments & instruments. Sizing of Process Equipments, Hydraulic Calculations, Overpressure protection study, Relief load & relief system analysis Exposure to HAZOP and all process activities during detailed engineering is a must. Proficiency in relevant software like HYSYS, HTRI, FLARENET, PIPESIM etc.
