Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop systems, company policies and procedures Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees including industrial relationship
- Facilitating and controlling all implementation of HR activities
Requirements:
- Male/Female, between 30 - 40 years of age
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Minimum S1/Degree from reputable University with excellent result
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial relationship, personnel & general affairs, performance management, recruitment, training, organization development, & any other HR aspects
- Animation or Media Business experience will be an advantage-
- Having a good communications, interpersonal and analytical skill and effective leadership
- Willing to be located in Batam
